Founded by Bernard Dickinson in the 1950’s, with support from his wife Jean and daughter Anne the business flourished.

Like most provincial dealers Bernard’s customer base was mainly other antiques dealers and a relatively small number of private collectors. Now in the present day, with the power of modern day communications, our stock is accessible to all.

We are always available to discuss the merits of any item of stock with respect to rarity, authenticity and price.

Bernard and Anne are no longer with us but the business continues to flourish in the capable hands of Hugh, Adrian and Chris. The accumulated knowledge passed down through the generations helps us to forge a comprehensive assessment of the furniture we offer for sale.
