Small 17th Century Oak Coffer.



A good example of transitional oak coffer, combining the earlier planked method of construction and the joined panelled front. Decorated with three carved lozenge panels, S scroll top rail and the framing channel moulded and punched.
Excellent condition and well up on it’s legs, with later hinges.
